KRISHNAPURAM RESERVOIR PROJECT

The Krishnapuram Project is a medium irrigation project was constructed across Kushathali river, Krishnapuram (V), Karvetinagar (M), Chittoor District, 30 KMs from Nagari to irrigate 6125 acres in Karveti Nagaram (5,000 acres) and S.R.Puram(1,125 acres ) mandals in Chittoor District.

Administrative approval was accorded to take up the scheme for Rs.120 Lakhs in G.O.M.S.No.498 (M.P.D) Dated 25-06-1976.
